Project NOAH

Project NOAH for Android

Enabling the mobility of Project NOAH. The official mobile version (native Android) of Project NOAH website (noah.dost.gov.ph) though without the Flood Map features.

This mobile app was developed by Rolly Rulete in cooperation with Project NOAH and with the partnership of Smart Communications, Inc. through the Smart Developer Network (SMART DevNet). Content and data come from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and its participating agencies.

Project NOAH’s (Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards) mission is to undertake disaster science research and development, advance the use of cutting edge technologies and recommend innovative information services in government's disaster prevention and mitigation efforts. Though the use of science and technology and in partnership with the academe and other stakeholders, the DOST through Program NOAH is taking a multi-disciplinary approach in developing systems, tools, and other technologies that could be operationalized by government to help prevent and mitigate disasters.

Permitindo a mobilidade de projeto NOAH. A versão oficial mobile (Android nativo) do site do Projeto NOAH (noah.dost.gov.ph), embora sem as características de inundação do Mapa.

Este aplicativo móvel foi desenvolvido por Rulete Rolly, em cooperação com o Projeto Noé e com a parceria da Smart Communications, Inc., através do Smart Developer Network (INTELIGENTE DevNet). Conteúdo e dados provenientes do Departamento de Ciência e Tecnologia (DOST) e suas agências participantes.

A missão do projeto NOAH (avaliação operacional nacional de Riscos) é realizar pesquisa científica desastre e desenvolvimento, promover o uso de tecnologias de ponta e recomendar serviços de informação inovadores na prevenção de desastres do governo e os esforços de mitigação. Embora o uso da ciência e tecnologia e em parceria com a academia e outras partes interessadas, a DOST através do Programa NOAH está adotando uma abordagem multi-disciplinar no desenvolvimento de sistemas, ferramentas e outras tecnologias que poderiam ser operacionalizado pelo governo para ajudar a prevenir e mitigar desastres .
